I stand steadfastly against war and violence, and have spoken out about the social, political, and cultural issues of Sri Lanka. An important focus of my art is human rights, children, and environmental issues. I am a green artist.
Pictures are capable of expressing abstract ideas like social issues. As an artist, I pursue beauty through meaningful methods, and my art is influenced through my work with children.
I made my first installation at the Sri Lanka Year Planner, and I think this piece speaks loudly about my approach towards my focus on society. My artbook is for the purposes of visual communication.
